RESULTS

Results from the individual, group, and team contests were announced on Friday, March 30.

In the individual judging, the following students placed in the top ten:

Congratulations to these students and all of the participants.

Plaques were awarded to the top ten individuals, the top five groups, and the top five teams. The award plaques were hand-crafted in Elkins, WV, by Mike Pizzino using wood from a single black cherry (Prunus serotina) tree harvested from the Monongahela National Forest. The team champion was also awarded the National Collegiate Soils Contest trophy. This traveling trophy was created for the 8th National Collegiate Soils Contest, and has been awarded to the national champion every year since 1968.
